By accessing or using MVP Builder, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Access to MVP Builder requires authentication via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We do not store your Google password. Each Google account corresponds to one MVP Builder account — you may not create multiple accounts or share access with others.
MVP Builder provides AI-powered tools for building and exploring product MVPs. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
MVP Builder uses third-party AI models (including Google Gemini and others) to generate content. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production use. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and taking responsibility for any content generated through the platform before acting on it.
Some features of MVP Builder allow you to provide your own third-party API keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). These keys are used only within your session and are never stored server-side. You are responsible for the usage and security of any keys you provide. We are not liable for charges incurred on your third-party accounts.
We collect only the information necessary to operate the platform — your name and email address as provided by Google at sign-in. We do not sell your data. Session data and conversation history are stored temporarily and cleared on logout or session expiry. We may retain logs for debugging and security purposes.
The platform, its design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of MVP Builder. You retain ownership of any content you input. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs to provide the service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the platform or any feature at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
MVP Builder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Builder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
