We collect the minimum information needed to operate the platform:

• Account information: your name and email address, provided by Google at sign-in via OAuth.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general interaction patterns — collected for improving the platform.
• Server logs: IP address, browser type, and timestamps, retained for security and debugging.

We do not collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive personal data beyond what Google provides at authentication.

2. Information We Do Not Store

Certain data passes through our platform but is never persisted:

• Third-party API keys you provide in the AI Playground are used only within your browser session and are never sent to or stored on our servers.
• Uploaded file content is processed in-memory to extract text and is not written to permanent storage.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Store and retrieve your saved playground sessions
• Improve platform features and fix bugs
• Detect and prevent abuse or unauthorised access

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

MVP Builder integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google OAuth — used for authentication. Google may collect data as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — used to power certain AI features. Prompts and responses are processed by Google under their API terms.
• Other AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) — used only in the AI Playground when you supply your own API keys. We do not proxy or log these requests server-side.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies to maintain your login session. The AI Playground stores your model configuration and API keys in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account and saved sessions are retained for as long as your account is active. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong Google account password and enable two-factor authentication on your Google account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Continued use of MVP Builder after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
